Why can’t I see all my units in iLearn?

Why can’t I see all my units in iLearn?

Answer:

First check to see that your unit is supposed to be in iLearn - not all units are in iLearn - some convenors choose not to participate in the online learning management system.

If it is supposed to be in iLearn you will need to log a ticket with Macquarie's OneHelp System to have the Student IT Help Desk resolve this for you.  

OneHelp will give you a ticket tracking number, keeping you up-to-date on the status of your issue throughout the process.
