I have a disability and need help to take my exams. What should I do?

Question:

I have a disability and need help to take my exams. What should I do?

Answer:

The Disability Service is able to provide a range of services based on supporting documentation, information provided during the assessment interview and feedback from course convenors and other academic staff members. As services delivered are based upon the student's individual needs, the recommended support services can vary from student to student in terms of intensity, variety and frequency.

Services can take some time to put in place. Students are encouraged to contact and consult with the Disability Service as soon as possible so that services are in place when they are needed.
