I can't log on to eStudent. What should I do?

Answer:

Go to the eStudent login page and select "click here for login assistance" link. This will take you to the Welcome to eStudent page, which may give you the information you need. If this does not work, contact IT Help or click here to submit an online enquiry.

If you get an error regarding your browser, please be aware eStudent is designed for use with Firefox (2.0 and up), Safari (4.0 and up), Opera(10.5 and up) and Internet Explorer (7- 9) only.

eStudent is not supported by Internet Explorer 10 or Chrome.
If you are using Internet Explorer 10, please configure your browser to run in compatibility mode.
To do this:
Click on ALT to get the browser menu.
Click on Tools, and then click on 'Compatibility View'.
