Our Maintenance and Repair Staff must give urgent items their immediate attention and operate on a 'first come first serve' basis with the others.

If you require immediate attention for a problem, please call the Macquarie Accommodation Office directly at 9850 7965 (business hours) or your residential advisor (after hours).

To avoid duplicate visits to your apartment, if you submit a maintenance form (login required) and then telephone about the same concern, please let the person on the phone know about your initial request.
