How can I collect keys if I don't arrive during normal office hours?

Answer:

If you would like to check in out of office hours, it is important that you advise the accommodation property where you have reserved accommodation. Knowing your arrival date and estimated arrival time prior to the actual day you wish to check in will assist in ensuring that someone is available at that time. Please do this at least 5 days before you want to check in. You will be advised how to collect your keys based on your arrival date and time.

The Macquarie University Accommodation Office hours are:

Monday-Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm

Weekends and public holidays: Closed

Christmas 2017 Closure: The office will be closed from 22nd December 2017 to 2nd January 2018.
