I am enrolled in Session 3 to complete my degree. When will I graduate?

Question:

I am enrolled in Session 3 to complete my degree. When will I graduate?

Answer:

If you expect to qualify for your degree after completing 2016 Session 3 units, you must first lodge an online "I Expect to Complete" form via ask.mq.edu.au by mid December. It ensures your record will be checked once results are released, to see if you qualify to graduate.  The link is available on the 'My stuff' page in Ask under the heading of 'Graduation - I expect to complete'.

Before you submit your form it is advisable to check that you will meet the requirements to qualify for your course. You can do this by consulting the Macquarie University Handbook for the year of entry into your program or by contacting an academic advisor.

For any further assistance with this process, you may wish to submit an online enquiry.

If you have qualified for your degree, this will be shown in eStudent once your Session 3 results have been released, under My Results and Graduation tab.

Students qualified in February when results are released will be included in the April ceremony, and information regarding the conferral of your degree will be sent to your student email address by the Graduation Unit, approximately two weeks after results are released.
