Will I get support from an in-country staff member while participating in a PACE International activity? Who can I turn to if there is an issue?

Question:

Will I get support from an in-country staff member while participating in a PACE International activity? Who can I turn to if there is an issue?

Answer:

PACE International works with AVI and Scope Global to jointly manage international activities in a number of countries that we send our students to and therefore will be able to provide any in-country assistance you may need.

You may also have a dedicated team leader who will either be recruited in Australia or a staff member of the partner organisation you’re working with – they will be your daily point of contact for any issues that may come up during your activity.

PACE International staff are also constantly monitoring your activity through various security and local channels including regular updates with your team leader and partner organisation and our in-country managers will be contactable 24/7 during your activity.
