I'm a continuing student, but I do not wish to study in a Session 1, when can I enrol in Session 2 units?

Question:

I'm a continuing student, but I do not wish to study in a Session 1, when can I enrol in Session 2 units?

Answer:

If you are a domestic continuing student you can choose 1 of the 2 options below to enrol only in Session 2 units:

    •    enrol only in Session 2 units when re-enrolment opens in early January

    •    submit an online application for readmission as a previous Macquarie University student in April (you need to meet specific criteria to apply)

Prior to selecting either option above, you need to have accepted your offer and been admitted into your course.  If you don't accept your offer and enrol, your offer will lapse and you will have to reapply.

If you are an International student, option 1 applies. However, to be readmitted to your course you will need to contact Macquarie International.

If you are an undergraduate student who has commenced studies prior to 2010 and you do not select the first option, you will automatically be transferred to the new curriculum at readmission.

If you are a postgraduate student, option 1 also applies, however the application form for readmission as a previous Macquarie student, although available online, needs to be submitted as a hard copy.

If you need any further information, you can submit an online enquiry.
