Where can I study after hours on campus?

Question:

Where can I study after hours on campus?

Answer:

You can study in three allocated rooms in Building C5C when the library is closed:

  • C5C 236 (capacity 36) (quiet discussion permissible in this room)
  • C5C 238 (capacity 30) (quiet study room only, no discussion)
  • C5C 240 (capacity 30) (quiet study room only, no discussion)

These rooms are open from when the library closes each night — 10.00 pm on week days, 6.00 pm on weekends — until 2.00 a.m. during teaching and examination periods.

You can also go to MUSE (Level 2  C7A)  or Bassline  (Level 1  C7A) which is open extended hours during exam periods and normal hours the rest of the year.

The after hours study room page has more information about special arrangements, public holiday closures, dates and special needs.
