What should I do if, after I’ve logged in, things don't seem to work and/or I get error messages?

Answer:

If you experience problems with iLearn not working after you have logged in or it seems to work but you get error messages, there are two possible reasons:

    1.    You might not be using a suitable browser.

In order to access Resources and Activities in your online unit, you will need one of the following browsers; it is recommended that you upgrade your browser to the most recent version available at the following links:

Firefox
Chrome
Safari

 

    2.    There might be a technical problem with the system. Please contact OneHelp for assistance.
