How do I register my graduation attendance preference on eStudent?

Answer:

Only students who have received a Graduation Invitation through their student email address can register their graduation attendance preference in eStudent.

The registration steps are as follows:

  1. Login to eStudent with your student ID number. If you are a new user, the password is your date of birth DDMMYYYY
  2. Select  >  My Results and Graduation located in the menu along the top.
  3. Select  >  Check for Graduation located in the menu on the left to select your award(s).
  4. Select  >  Modify against the award that you want to update
  5. Update your attendance preference with the drop-down menu and save your preference by clicking "Save" located near the bottom.

If you are attending, change your status to ‘ATTEND CEREMONY’.  If you are not attending, change to either ‘MAIL’, ‘COLLECT’ or ‘COURIER’.  The status of ‘HOLD’ indicates that your attendance has not been updated.
