What do I need to provide with my academic appeal?

Question:

What do I need to provide with my academic appeal?

Answer:

  • When lodging an appeal you must provide a written statement and evidence that the decision made by the University was unfair due to one of the grounds existing/occurring, and that as a result the decision was substantially unfair.
  • These ten grounds are detailed within the appeals Procedure.
  • If you are unable to demonstrate one of the grounds and that the decision was substantially unjust, then your appeal will be unsuccessful.
