What happens to my academic standing if I have been excluded?

Question:

What happens to my academic standing if I have been excluded?

Answer:

If you are excluded under the Academic Progression Policy, you will not be permitted to undertake any study load at Macquarie University for two years. To return to your studies you will need to apply for re-entry to your degree via the appropriate method. Applications are assessed competitively and if successful in receiving an offer your Academic Standing will be reset to ‘Satisfactory’ upon your re-entry to the University.

Students excluded under currency requirements are permanently excluded from their program of study.
